The PERMA model was designed by American psychologist and educator Dr. Martin Seligman, and it essentially stands for Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning and Accomplishments.

My lived experience with anxiety and depression has led me to create a practical wellbeing program which is holistic in nature and addresses all areas of life. It’s designed to help you build a firm foundation for navigating challenges of daily life, so that you can get the best out of yourself in any situation.
