If you desire to maintain a healthy lifestyle but don’t know where to start, we invite you to join us. We’ve created a safe space for you to learn and share life experiences with others who are on a similar path.

We understand that getting started can be overwhelming, that’s why we introduce our program in a relaxed social setting. Our events are mainly conversational, making it easy for you to understand principles that help you reduce the risks of mental health issues such as depression and anxiety.

Our conversations will explore evidence-based principles of what it takes to thrive in life.

  2. Becoming a true warriorof wellbeing (desired identity)
  3. Creating the life you imagine (your gifts and talents)
  4. Starting well and staying the course (growing with guidance)
  5. Self-expression activity using Vitenje headwraps (practical application of wellbeing theory PERMA)

If you want to move from merely surviving to thriving and fulfil your potential, you need to have a clear sense of self and resolve that who you are and where you are now is enough to lead a significant life.
